Commit to working on your new paradigm

Instructions

  1. Reevaluate your beliefs.
View the limiting beliefs you hold about yourself. Then, replace those beliefs with more empowering ones.
  2. Write down what you’re grateful for.
When you feel unsettled or uncomfortable, take a few minutes to write down all that you’re grateful for.
  3. Beat procrastination.
The opposite of procrastination is the decision to do it. Make the decision to do what needs to be done right now, and act upon it!
  4. Just do it.
Make a committed effort towards your goal(s) every day.
  5. Continue to learn.
Make an effort to learn more about your mind for 15 minutes a day. Knowing the mind will help you learn about yourself and empower you to change.
  6. Find an accountability partner.
Find someone who can keep you accountable for your new paradigm and goals. Better yet, find an individual with goals they need to be held accountable for as well!
