Choose to act than to overthink

Instructions

  1. Set one goal to focus on.
Pick a goal that you think would make a big difference in your life, and is aligned with what you want to achieve. It could be anything, like getting fit. Whatever it is, write it down.
  2. Create simple, actionable rules that can help you achieve that goal.
Set up some clear, doable rules to help you reach your goal. For getting fit, this could be something like doing 30 minutes of exercise every day or eating no junk food. Ask yourself, "What simple steps can I take every day to get closer to my goal?" Write these rules down.
  3. Stick to your rules consistently.
Make sure you follow your rules daily. Consistency is key to building new habits. You could check off each day on a calendar to track your progress.
  4. Change things up if needed.
If you're not seeing the results you want, it's okay to change your rules. But make sure your changes are based on factual outcomes.
