Instructions

  1. Cultivate daily mindfulness.
    Set aside a bit of time each day for calming activities like yoga or meditation. Or, simply give yourself a few moments to let your mind wander freely, without any specific goal. You could do this while having your morning coffee or during a short break at work.
  2. Incorporate relaxation into your routine.
    Make mental relaxation a regular part of your day, just like how you might relax your body after a workout. You could unwind mentally by listening to calming music, reading a book, or simply sitting quietly for a few minutes. Think of it as a necessary recharge for your mind.
