Develop personal awareness

Instructions

  1. Write down one area of your life you'd like to improve on. This could be your relationships, career, or any other aspect you feel needs attention.
  2. Create a list of thought-provoking questions to guide your reflection in the chosen area. For example, if you're focusing on relationships, you may consider asking yourself: Do I genuinely value the people in my life? Do I express my appreciation for them? What are their love languages? Who should I take the time to express gratitude to?
  3. Write down your responses to the questions you've formulated. As you jot down your answers, you'll likely notice that your thoughts become clearer and more insightful. The act of writing can bring about a shift in perspective and help you gain new insights that you may not have considered before.
