Support your brain with supplements

Instructions

  1. Take omega-3 supplements.
Take an omega-3 supplement certified as being free of contaminants like mercury. Consult your doctor before taking omega-3 supplements if you're on Warfarin.

  2. Take multivitamins.
Take a multivitamin derived from fruits and vegetables. Avoid candy-like multivitamins since they include sugar, food colors, and other hazardous chemicals.

  3. Take probiotics.
Use a high-potency probiotic that contains a variety of bacteria species.

  4. Take vitamin D.
Choose a supplement that includes vitamin D3, the nutrient's biologically active form.

  5. Take liquid trace minerals.
Search for liquid trace mineral supplements since they are easier to absorb than minerals in tablet or pill form.

  6. Take curcumin.
Choose a curcumin supplement that has piperine in it. Piperine is an extract of black pepper that helps the body absorb curcumin into the bloodstream.
