   Be sure to base it on success and excellent performance.

3. Clarify the values and principles you believe in.
   Educate those around you on what those values and principles are. Be sure to uphold them at all times.

4. Stay calm throughout crises.
   Crises will always occur—it’s your job to stay calm and levelheaded throughout them so you can do what needs to be done.

5. Treat your followers with respect.
   Always make those around you feel valuable and important by respecting them.
