Be flexible in your thinking.

By concentrating solely on your fundamental values and allowing your thought process to be more flexible and less restricted, you will more easily find satisfying solutions to even the most difficult problems.

Instructions

  1. Reflect on your fundamental values.
Think about your own value system and reduce it to its fundamental principles. What is really the most important thing to you?

  2. Focus on your fundamental values whenever you are looking for a solution to a problem.
For example, if one of your fundamental values is that you want to be happy and don’t want to suffer, focus on that whenever you are looking for a solution to a problem.
