Create One Minute Goals

You will communicate with the workers in a short, clear and specific way. They will solve the issues by themselves.

1. Create short goals for your workers.
   Check your 5 last goals that you gave to your workers. Try to write them shorter (no more than 250 words), but still keep each one very clear.

2. Every day take a minute to look at your performance.
   Think about if your behavior matches your goals or if it does not.
