Instructions

  1. Plan your week in advance.
    Allocate time for different activities such as business, work, exercise, family, education, and so on. Prioritize the things that are most important to you.

  2. Make short-term plans instead of long-term plans.
    For example, it makes sense to make a weekly instead of a monthly plan. You will work better and be more productive in short-term bursts rather than long stretched-out blocks.

  3. Make a daily list of the most important things you need to do.
    Keep them short, ideally limited to 3 to 5 things. Rank them under categories such as super important, important, and not time-bound/not critical.

  4. Focus on being productive, instead of being busy.
    Be selfish with your time - focus on the tasks that matter.

  5. Get rid of items such as books, gadgets, and clothes you haven’t used for a long time.
    The less clutter there is around you, the less cluttered your mind is.

  6. Consider having a small bag that is always packed with items such as underwear, books, clothes, and toiletries.
    This makes it easy for you to go on impromptu trips to secure deals. Besides, it’s also liberating that you do not have to wait for your luggage once you arrive at your destination.

  7. Set morning and evening routines.
    However, listen to your body and consider sleeping extra hours whenever you feel like your body needs recovery.
