Mirror people you admire

By imitating the physiology of people you admire, you will provide your brain with the same signals that they give theirs.

Instructions

  1. Think about five people who have powerful physiologies—how they sit, stand, move, and gesture.
Notice the differences between their physiology and yours. For a moment behave as they do—mirror their posture and every gesture. Think about your feelings. (Remember to avoid thoughts such as, “I look stupid when I do this.” These thoughts will make the action useless. The body-brain message has to be coherent.)
